Is Your Team Ready to Thrive?

 Before the workshops, I thought I had a basic understanding of the Enneagram but didn't quite know how it impacted me. Kristen was able to break down this information into a much simpler explanation than I had ever seen.  

After the workshops, I was better able to understand my own approach to communication, decision-making, and feedback. It also helped our entire workplace, in giving us a new language to express these concepts. We were able to learn more about each other and build better understanding of why we communicate/act the way we do. 

 Before the workshops, I didn’t have a clear understanding of my own communication style or decision-making process—let alone those of my colleagues. After participating in the sessions, I now have a much better grasp of how both my teammates and I communicate and make decisions. These workshops were incredibly valuable in strengthening our overall sense of connection in the workplace and in helping us prioritize our team’s communication dynamics! 

 Our discussion was vibrant yet on point. Kristen did a wonderful job explaining the three steps, and also gave us some space to push back a little on some of her points. The activity we did was great for getting me out of my comfort zone, as it forced me to hear many of my teammates within a short period of time. The length was very appropriate as well. 

 I intend to apply what I learned from this training when interacting with both my team and our clients in the future. The session emphasized the importance of recognizing that everyone communicates in their own way and understanding this can help avoid potential communication challenges.

I don't think this team has ever had a conversation like this before. It was a fun way to spend a couple days, and I'm grateful for the insight you were able to provide our team!

 I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kristen for a group workshop! She walked us through a fun and insightful evening of discovering more about the qualities and uniqueness each of us has been created with. She had thoughtful and pointed questions to help us pinpoint characteristics if we were struggling to identify ourselves.
