Our discussion was vibrant yet on point. Kristen did a wonderful job explaining the three steps, and also gave us some space to push back a little on some of her points.
The activity we did was great for getting me out of my comfort zone, as it forced me to hear many of my teammates within a short period of time. The length was very appropriate as well.
